We use low fat vegetarian beans, skinless chicken breast, the leanest meats, high fiber brown rice, low fat cheese and sour cream.
All of our foods are slow cooked or steamed which assures higher quality, flavor and lower fat.
We do not use Lard, MSG, Preservatives, Coloring or Additives!

All Catering orders are provided complimentary chips and specialty salsa.
Paper plates, plastic forks and napkins can be provided by request.
Our catering burritos start with rice, beans, meat and cheese. You choose your meat (chicken, beef, pork) and bean (black, refried or mix) preference. Than we provide salsa, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, guacamole, & sour cream on the side. This allows your guests to create their burrito just the way they like it.
Vegetarian option is also available.
Burritos Bars are provided for groups of 20 or more and delivered to your location.
Standard portion- 1 burrito per person
Our Enchilada’s are corn tortillas filled with your choice of filling (chicken, beef, pork or yams.) They are smothered in our signature enchilada sauce and topped with olives or tomatoes, lettuce and sour cream.
Side Platters of beans and rice are also available upon request.
Enchilada Platters can be provided for less than 20 people but must be picked up at the restaurant. Catered enchilada platters will be delivered to your location.

Our taco bar is done much like our burrito bar. Your guests receive empty hard taco shells that they can fill to their preference. We provide meat (chicken, beef or pork) and beans (black, refried or a mix) on the side along with cheese lettuce and salsa. More ingredients are available upon request.
Taco Bars are provided for groups of 20 or more and delivered to your location.
This is a huge version of our menu item. Rice, black beans, refried beans, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, tomatoes, olives, lettuce and salsa. Corn chips are provided for dipping,
